Recipes; collected from Inscription Houses using quill. Characters need the inscription skill to use the quill. Quills of different rarities need different levels of inscription skill. Each recipe collecting increases the characters' inscription skill. The Inscription House to be selected in the recipe collecting process can be performed randomly. 50% of the transaction fee spent in recipe collecting transactions is sent to the governance, 50% to the Section Prize Pool. The prizes accumulated in the Section Prize Pool are distributed equally for each land to the land owners in the winning section at the end of the season.
